We specialize in the design and manufacture of metal structures and equipment for different types of industries, such as power generation, mining, the cement industry, the steel and rail industry, among others.

Our company has an area of 40,000 mts² of land for structural manufacturing, sandblasting and painting.

PIRCO has a total of 8,500 mts² in 10 industrial warehouses equipped with the highest technology machinery.

REALIZED PROJECTS

FIXTURES FOR BLADES TRANPORTATION

Realized Project: Manufacture of interns. We supply and manufacture great quantity of fixtures for transportation or shipping saddles for the blades and other parts from wind towers. More than 10,000 manufactures fixtures is our experience, our quality speaks for itself.

INTERIORS FOR WIND TOWERS

Realized Project: Manufacture of interns. We supply great quantity of interns for the manufacture of wind turbine towers.

MOULDING BOXES

Realized Project: Manufacture of Moulding Boxes. In our workshop we manufacture great quantity of molding boxes, which they are used for the manufacture of monoblocks for the automotive industry.

EQUIPO PARA LA FABRICACIÓN DE POSTES

Realized Project: Equipment for pole welding. For the electric industry, we manufacture components dot towers of high tension, angled towers, interior parts for eolic towers and sub assemblies for truncated cone shaped poles. In the design and manufacture area from equipment in our workshop, we builded apole weldin equipment with the capacity to weld poles from 8" inches to 80" inches from diameter measurent.

INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSES

Realized Project: Manufacture of industrial warehouses. We offer the widest experience in the manufacture of industrial wwarehouses, cellars, depots, sheds, etc. in PIRCO we undertand all your necessities and therefore we are your best option in design, construction and manufacture.

BELT CONVEYORS

Realized Project: Manufacturing of Belt Conveyors. For the mining and cement industry we desing and manufacture belt conveyors for the handling of materials, feeders, transference towers and screening. For the interior and exterior of metallic and coal mines, we offer the components and accesories of the highest quality, with certifications which are explosion proof SHA y ATEX.

MINA VI

Realized Project: Civil work, structural, assemblage and electrical for Mine VI Micare. We realized a project key in hand, for the handling of coal, in Mine VI of MICARE with the capacity of 4,500,000 lb per hour.

MINA VII

Realized Project: Civil work, structural, assemblage and electrical for Mine VI Micare. We realized a project key in hand, for the handling of coal, in Mine VII of MICARE with the capacity of 6,600,000 lb per hour.

TRAVELING CRANES

Realized Project: Traveling cranes manufacturing. For the industry in general we manufacture traveling cranes with a maximum capacity of 5,000,000 lb.

JACKET-JIGS FOR TANK CARS

Realized Project: Manufacture of Jacket-Jigs for tank cars of railroad . In the railway industry we supply great quantity of parts for the manufacture of tank cars, flat and hopper cars, we design and manufacture Jacket-Jigs which are used for building the plates that conform a tank car.
